- Sorry, one of the rare problems to blame on Linux rather than USR,
- the pppd doesn't have a clue when the line drops. Um, try setting
- "hupcl" before starting the daemon and see if that fixes it. The
- problem seems to persist up through Slackware 3.0.

- issue.
